How We Work
What are the minimum order quantities for trade purchasing?
Most of KTC’s vendors require a 2-yard minimum per order. Orders under 2 yards are subject to a cut fee.
What is the lead time for trade orders?
Lead time varies per vendor and is subject to stock availability. Please contact us directly for a stock check. KTC will clearly communicate during the process to make the designer aware of any adjustments to delivery time.
Can KTC provide swatches or samples of fabrics and materials?
Yes! Please reach out to us for any assistance you may need. We are also happy to help with shop jobs and stocking libraries.
What payment terms does KTC offer for wholesale customers?
Kate Taylor Collective gladly accepts checks, wire transfers, ACH payment and credit cards. Please note convenience fees may apply. For any rush orders, fees may apply, and the order must be paid in full. Payment in full is required for any fabric and in-stock orders.
Are customizations or personalization options available for wholesale products?
Yes. We are happy to work with you to realize your vision.
What is KTC’s return policy for trade purchases?
All purchases are final sales.
Do all vendors provide a CFA?
No. KTC will inform you at the time of order if a CFA (Cutting For Approval) is available.
Where should I have my trade orders delivered?
KTC recommends that all products are delivered to a receiving warehouse or workroom. Residential deliveries are strongly discouraged.
Where is KTC located?
Kate Taylor Collective is a multi-line showroom based in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago.
What Territories does KTC represent?
KTC represents our brands in the Midwest and Texas.
